  • How long is a standard hire period?
    A standard hire period is 2-3days, allowing for delivery, set up and packdown. Of course this can be flexible and as long as the item is not booked in for another event can be extended when needed.
  • Tell me about your booking deposit.
    By paying this deposit you are confirming the hire of the equipment and locking in your event date. By paying this deposit you also confirm the acceptance of our terms set out below: 1- The booking fee is non-refundable if the event is cancelled for any reason 2- The final invoice must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to the event; and, if payment is not made in accordance with these terms, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the event upon giving two (2) working days notice in writing. 3-The Customer will take good care of and will not cause or allow any damage to be done to any fittings or equipment. The Customer will make good and pay for any damage whatsoever (including accidental damage), which is caused by any act or default or neglect of the Customer or by any of the Customer’s guests, or by any person attending the venue by reason of its use by the Customer for the event.
  • How do I get a quote and find out items are available when I need them?
    Simply email us what items you are interested in, or add items to your cart select manual payment and we will be in touch from here.
  • I want to custom make something. What do you need from me?
    Send us a pic, a sketch anything to get us started and we will come back to you with what we can do. We may even already have soemthing similar in the pipeline as qe are always planning and creating :)
